   This month's lecture will be given by Michael O'Sullivan and will explore the history of Cleeves factory and the Creamery industry in Limerick City and County.  Lecture venue is Room 203, Mary Immaculate College on Mon 10th at 8PM and all are welcome as usual.  

 Cleeves has an interesting history and figured at the time of the Limerick Soviet and War of Independence when the main building and its branch creameries were targeted by both sides in the conflict.  Michael F O'Sullivan is author of "The origins and development of the creamery system in Co. Limerick 1884-1914" (2009)
