Sharon Slater - A Pictorial History of Limerick - Mon Dec 12th 8:00PM

Limerick Historical Society December lecture will be 'A pictorial tour of Limerick' by well known local historian Sharon Slater.  Venue: Room 203 in Mary Immaculate College on Monday 12 December at 8p.m.

Sharon Slater is a historical researcher who runs the website www.limerickslife.com.  She has published The Little Book of Limerick which is a compendium of strange and entertaining facts about Limerick. Sharon has also recently published a Limerick edition of Ireland in old photographs series and researched and also wrote Limerick’s Merchants, Traders & Shakers with Matthew Potter.
